EXECUTIVE TEAM
IMPROVEMENT

Rosemary works with senior executive teams to help them function more effectively. This may entail some or all of the following:

  • Coaching the CEO/Managing Director in the areas of leadership behaviour and meeting management
  • Attending executive meetings to offer input on process improvement and team interactions
  • Using 360 degree feedback processes to highlight issues for individual team members
  • Conducting team development retreats or workshops
  • Coaching individual executives to help them improve their contribution to the team’s deliberations.
