Rosemary works with senior executive teams to help them function more effectively. This may entail some or all of the following:
- Coaching the CEO/Managing Director in the areas of leadership behaviour and meeting management
- Attending executive meetings to offer input on process improvement and team interactions
- Using 360 degree feedback processes to highlight issues for individual team members
- Conducting team development retreats or workshops
- Coaching individual executives to help them improve their contribution to the team’s deliberations.
