Rosemary Grieve has extensive experience working as a consultant with the boards and executive teams of major corporations and statutory bodies and with senior executives in complex global organisations.

Since early 1995, Rosemary’s business has been based in Australia, where the focus of her work has been board, executive team and governance reviews, leadership assessment, and the development and coaching of senior executives.

Her board and governance review clients have included: Australian Broadcasting Corporation, Australia Post, Australian Stock Exchange, AGL Energy, AXA Asia Pacific Holdings, Centro Properties Limited, Centro Retail Limited Coles Myer Limited, the Commonwealth Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations, Goodman Fielder, Hills Industries Limited, Insurance Australia Group, La Trobe University, Macmahon Holdings, National Australia  Bank, Post Super, Sigma Pharmaceuticals, Telstra, Telstra Super, Tourism Victoria, Unisuper and Westpac Banking Corporation. Rosemary has also worked with the boards of a number of not-for-profit organisations.

She has provided executive coaching to senior executives at: Airservices Australia, Ansett Australia, ANZ, ASIO, BHP Billiton, BP, CSIRO, GlaxoSmithKline, HBOS, North Limited, Orica, Tabcorp Holdings Limited and Westpac and worked with executive teams at BTR plc (now Invensys), Citibank, CSIRO, Flinders University, GE Capital, Millennium Chemicals and Qenos.

Prior to 1995, Rosemary’s consulting practice was based in the United States.

Rosemary’s academic qualifications include an MBA from Yale University School of Management, a MSW from Washington University and a BA (Psychology) from the University of Melbourne, Australia.
